Ho ho ho! We're putting together a team of runners for the London Santa in the City Run on Thursday 8th December. You can sign up yourself, come and cheer us on or sponsor us.

This Christmas, you're invited to our final fundraising event of the year: Santa in the City. Our sponsored runners, including STAMMA staff members, will be taking on a 5k past top London landmarks such as St. Paul's Cathedral, Millennium Bridge and Shakespeare's Globe. All while dressed as Father Christmas.

run for stamma

If you'd like to run 5k to support STAMMA, email fundraising@stamma.org. Your entry is free. So is the Santa costume! All we ask is that you set up a JustGiving fundraising page — we can help with this — and raise a minimum of £50.

Sponsor us

This year, Vee, Kirsten and Jane from STAMMA will be taking part too. Show your love and please sponsor them using our JustGiving page. Anything you can give would be much appreciated.

JOIN THE STREET TEAM

Would you like to come along and join our Street Team to cheer on the runners and grab a drink afterwards? If so, please email fundraising@stamma.org so we know to expect you.

Directions & instructions

If you want to come and join us, please arrive outside The Founder's Arms Pub (SE1 9JH) no later than 6:40pm. The run starts at 7pm. Just look for the giant STAMMA banner! If you get lost on the night, call George on 07746 949438.

Once we've all met up, while the runners take their places, we'll make our way down to Shakespeare's Globe. This is only a two-minute walk from the Start Line. If you arrive late, your best bet is to head there. We should be finished by 8pm. The runners will then come to meet the cheerers outside Shakespeare's Globe, and we'll pop into the pub next door, The Swan.

Please note this is all subject to which areas are accessible on the day and not too busy. For example, we may need to try a different pub if The Swan is full. It'll probably be cold, so please dress sensibly. We'd also encourage you to take a lateral flow test beforehand, so we can all enjoy the evening safely and securely.
