The STAMMA Minecraft Club

An online club where young people who stammer can play Minecraft together.

Does your child stammer? Do they love playing Minecraft? Are you based in the UK? If so, why not encourage them to join the STAMMA Minecraft Club?

At our regular online gaming sessions for ages 7 to 14, they can play the popular video game whilst meeting and talking with other young people who stammer. It's a chance to make new friends and design creative new worlds, guided by our game hosts.

What happens at meetings?

Each session has up to ten young people joining and lasts for about an hour.

During sessions, we might:

  • work together on a longer 'big build'
  • work in smaller groups or as individuals to complete short building challenges
  • play minigames as a team.

An adult is present at all times. For more on safety, read the 'keeping people safe' section below.

See 'What do I need?' below to find out what gear is required.
