New online workshops to help support parents of primary school-aged children in England who stammer (ages 4 to 11).

This March we're putting on workshops which aim to help you as parents of primary school-aged children (age 4 to 11) understand why your child's stammer may have increased or started during the last year. They will look at the impact that lockdowns, intermittent school attendance and reduced social interactions may have had on them stammering.

At the workshops on Saturday 20th March and Monday 29th March, ideas will be shared on ways to talk about stammering with your child, as well as general strategies you can use to help your child communicate with confidence.

This two and a half-hour workshop will be held over Zoom and will be led by Jenny Packer, a Highly Specialist Speech & Language Therapist based in south-east England.
