STAMMA's Training Service helps make sure your organisation's ways of working are accessible for people who stammer.
Whatever sector you're in, you'll come into contact with people who stammer: customers, service users, clients and members.
When you recognise that saying your name on demand can be hard for some people, you can begin to see that maybe some of your systems might need adjusting.

Training to suit you
We can provide an online consultation to explore and discuss your concerns or questions and provide relevant information and resources. Our consultations are informal, friendly and useful.
Bespoke support
We can provide bespoke training videos, webinars and workshops for a modest fee.
We can also review your HR or customer policies to identify aspects which may discriminate against staff or customers who stammer. Includes a written report and discussion suggestions and guidance for practical, easy-to-implement changes.
