We're celebrating 44 years of our campaigns and community by raising funds — because people who stammer still face discrimination and ignorance.

Join us and fellow members at our slap-up birthday dinner at Ibérica, Canary Wharf, with a three-course meal and extra special guests. A delicious menu and fun conversation — it'll be an evening to remember.

Date & time: Wednesday 11th May, 6:30pm arrival for a 7pm start.
Venue: Ibérica Restaurant, 12 Cabot Square, London (see map)
Cost: £80, which includes your meal and a donation to support our critical services.

Starters: A choice of Manzanilla Olives, Toasted bread with tomato, Jamon Ibérico, Juan Pedro Domecq, Artisan cheese selection, or bread with olive oil.

Mains: Grilled baby chicken or Vegetable parillada.

Dessert: Strawberry & yoghurt.

Bhupinder Purewal's vlog about dealing with bad days when you stammer.

In this episode, Bhupinder talks about days when she feels more anxious about her speech. Those times when she overthinks things and puts pressure on herself. She also talks about trying to focus on the good things.
