Organisers say, "Join UCL Giving Voice and the London Stammering Association Support Group for a series of personal, fascinating, insightful, inspirational and myth-busting talks about stammering. This is a FREE event which is open to anyone, whether you are a UCL student/staff or not.
'You will hear several short talks from people who stammer about their stories, journeys and experiences of managing, living and thriving with stammering. You will learn about how stammering affects lives and the impact it can have in both positive and not so positive ways. These talks will be followed by a discussion around the topic of thriving with a stammer.
'This is a valuable and rare chance to hear about experiences of stammering from people who stammer themselves - so it is an event not to be missed! If you’ve never heard about stammering, then this event is certainly for you!
