You're invited to the 2024 STAMMA Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday 17th August, 12:15-1:15, either in person or online.

This year the AGM will be held in Nottingham and will be streamed live online. Anyone can come along but only STAMMA Members can vote. (Ahem: you can Become a STAMMA Member for free).

Attend in person

We'll be holding the AGM at Nottingham Trent University, 50 Shakespeare St, Nottingham NG1 4FQ.

It will take place during our STAMMAFest national conference, but you can still come to the AGM even if you haven't booked a place at STAMMAFest.

If you have booked for STAMMAFest, all the details will be in the programme.

If you haven't booked but would like to attend in person, please email hello@stamma.org by Thursday 15th August to let us know you'll be coming.

Getting there

It is a very quick tram journey from the main Nottingham rail station. Follow directions to the NET tram going to Phoenix Park, and it is just three stops from there. Cross the road and the steps to the entrance are in front of you.

If you are travelling by car, we suggest you use the park and ride services and continue your journey by tram, as parking in the centre can quickly become expensive. We recommend that you use one of the following sites and board any tram serving Toton Lane or Clifton South:

  • The Forest (NG7 6AQ)
  • Phoenix Park (NG8 6AS)
  • Toton Lane (NG9 7JA).

Or attend online

We'll stream the AGM online so you can join in via Zoom on your computer or device. Click here to register. Fill in the registration form and we'll email you to confirm your place.

AGM Agenda

  1. Welcome & apologies
  2. Minutes of the last meeting
  3. Accounts & appointments of auditors
  4. Election results
  5. Any other business
  6. Interactive campaigns discussion. (Please note: this last item will only be for people who attend in person).

If you have any questions, please email us at hello@stamma.org
