Come and meet us and our supporters on Sunday, 21st July at the ASICS London 10k. We've got five people raising funds for our helpline and a new webchat service.
Where to meet & when
We'll be assembling in Trafalgar Square from 8:30am onwards for a photo op at 9am precisely. We'll meet at the Fourth Plinth, which at the moment has a big bull sculpture on it so no one will miss it, and then go to the steps of St Martin's for the photo. Look out for the large STAMMA banners (see above).
At 9:15 we'll head off to the cheer point, this will be on Embankment, where the RNLI boat is. Runners will be running up one side, and back the other. We need people to hold the banners and make some noise for our runners.
After the race, we'll meet up at St James' Park and to find a picnic spot close to the 'Boy' fountain as a landmark.
Come and meet us
Whether you're a long-standing member, or totally new to this whole world (and perhaps, have hidden your lifelong stammer?) come meet us. In between getting to know each other and chatting about work, stammering, love and politics, we'll bellow our support for our runners.
