Notice of STAMMA's 2026 AGM

STAMMA members are invited to the 2026 STAMMA Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday 22^nd August in Northampton.

Our AGM this year will take place at the University of Northampton, Waterside Campus, NN1 5PH from 12:15pm to 1:15pm on 22^nd August. See Google maps to help you find it.

This will be in-person only, and is running alongside our STAMMAFest conference.

Please note, the AGM is free to attend but it is for STAMMA members only. 

Parking & trains

Parking is available at the venue and costs £1.50 per day.

Northampton train station is one mile away, a 15-minute walk. Or there are taxi and public transport options to reach the campus from the station.

Documents

You can download the AGM agenda below as well as the Minutes of the last AGM and our accounts for 2025. These will be signed at this year's AGM.  

Our auditors have given our accounts a clean bill of health. The only resolution to note is re appointing auditors for 2027.

Proxy voting

If you'd like to nominate someone to vote for you, please download and complete the proxy voting form below and email it to hello@stamma.org not later than 10am, 72 hours before the date of the general meeting. Proxy forms received after this time will be disregarded.
