Oxford Research Conference 2025: Call for abstracts

Calling all stammering researchers and clinicians. Organisers of The 14^th Oxford Stuttering and Cluttering Research Conference invite you to submit abstracts for their event in September.

The conference, formerly known as The Oxford Dysfluency Conference, brings together speech & language therapists and researchers, providing a chance to discuss and present current research and clinical practices. 

It takes place at St Catherine's College Oxford from 23^rd to 26^th September and the theme this year is 'Building the Future'. 

Organisers invite you to submit abstracts on the following topics:

• Conceptualising stuttering
• Genetics and Neurophysiology
• More than speech
• Cluttering and acquired stuttering
• Advancing clinical practice through research.

You can make your submissions using the conference's online abstract submission system. 

The deadline for abstract submissions is 4^th April 2025.

To go with their new name, the organisers are also looking for a new logo. You can send your ideas as drawings, written descriptions or photos to s.hayward@elsevier.com. The deadline for that is 1^st August.
