An inclusive group based in North Hertfordshire for people who stammer and those who are interested in finding out more about stammering.

Organiser Ramesh says, "North Hertfordshire Stammering Support Group is where you can come and share your stammering stories, successes and challenges with mutual support in a relaxed and non-judgemental environment.

'At a typical meeting we go for a coffee or a meal. For some meetings we organise walks and group activities.

'We are an inclusive group that wants to raise awareness, so people who don't stammer are welcome to come along too and find out more about stammering. Under 18s are welcome with a parent or guardian."

Meeting dates & times

The group meets in-person approximately every three months at different locations in and around North Hertfordshire.

If you'd like to be part of it, email Ramesh at summanramesh@gmail.com

Next Meeting: Saturday, 6th September 2025 at 12pm

Meeting Place: Arena Tavern, 3 Arena Parade, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 3BY. Ramesh says, "We'll begin with a walk on the Common, then return to the Tavern for a meal and refreshments. This will be our final meeting before the public open day in October! (see below)".
