STAMMA Picks Up An Excellence Award

Our Third Sector Excellence Award for last year's Find The Right Words campaign.

Last Friday, staff at STAMMA had a day out attending the Third Sector Excellence Awards ceremony in London. The Awards 'provide an opportunity for voluntary organisations of all sizes, and the people who work for them, to celebrate their work and the real difference they make to society'.

We were nominated in three categories: Volunteer Team of the Year, for our awesome team of dedicated helpline & webchat staff; Charity Chief Executive (under £5m), for our CEO Jane Powell; and Communications Campaign of the Year, for our Find The Right Words campaign in October 2020.

We're delighted that we won the Communications Campaign of the Year! Thank you to Daniel Liakh and all at VMLY&R for working on it, and Scroobius Pip for narrating the video. And thank you to our Helpline Team. Just being nominated for these awards is a massive accolade and they have been amazing this past year.
