Self-advertising tools
'I Stammer' cards
Use our 'I Stammer' card to show people in shops, restaurants etc, that you stammer and need time to speak. Buy cards from our shop or download a card to your phone or device for free. You can also buy a card holder.
Email signature templates
One way to tell people that you stammer could be to mention it in your email signature. Download one of our email sign off images.
Face mask
If you need to wear a face mask, we've got some with a written message on them saying that you stammer. Buy one of our face masks for adults or children.
Supporting letters for accessing therapy
If you're going to ask your GP to refer you for speech & language therapy, it might help to give them a letter explaining how stammering impacts you. Download one from our Supporting Letters page. We've also got a letter to give to private therapists and counsellors.
