Listen to the latest edition of the Distraction Pieces podcast, where hosts Scroobius Pip and Jessie Roux catch the vibe at our conference and chat with young people who stammer.

At our STAMMAFest Family Day in August, the actor, podcaster and STAMMA patron Scroobius Pip joined forces with Jessie from The Traitors to host a special workshop for young people who stammer.

Whilst there, they recorded a behind-the-scenes episode of Pip's popular podcast Distraction Pieces, chatting about their STAMMAFest experience and fielding questions from some of the young people who attended.

Pip released the episode last week to coincide with International Stammering Awareness Day and it's brilliant! Pip says, "You'll very quickly detect that this episode is more about the community vibe, support network and representation that comes with such an event and organisation, and less about the fact that there's a huge and fabulous TV star in attendance (although come on, that does add to the greatness!). Not to mention the fact that we're hearing from younger people who stammer - voices we don't hear from nearly as much as we should."
