A group for anyone who stammers aged 18-30(ish).

The STAMMA Young People's Network is a supportive space where you can share experiences, exchange coping strategies and embrace your unique voice.

Whether you want advice with job interviews, are feeling nervous about a date, or simply want to meet new people, this group is open to you.

It's run by Tash and Bhupinder, who say, "We aim to create a friendly and welcoming space for everyone aged 18–30(ish), one where they can meet and connect.

'We will be meeting online once a month with an aim to hopefully meet in person at a central location every so often. This way we can include you wherever you live around the UK!".

If you'd like to join the network or find out more, email Tash & Bhupinder at stammaypn@gmail.com

Watch Tash chat with Bhupinder for her vlog.
