As part of our Space to Stammer campaign, STAMMA are delighted to have been chosen as the charity partner for the Contact Centres & Customer Service Summit this September.

The Contact Centres & Customer Service Summit will be held on 14th & 15th September 2026 at the Deansgate Hotel in Manchester. The event brings together senior contact centre and customer service professionals with leading solution providers for two days of business meetings, expert insight and valuable networking.

The Summit organisers create a personalised schedule of one-to-one meetings based on attendees' business priorities, upcoming projects and areas of interest, and even provide complimentary passes for senior buyers.

Learn from industry experts

Alongside the one-to-one meetings, STAMMA are part of an engaging programme of seminars provided for attendees. STAMMA will be at the event, sharing information from our End the Phone Call Nightmares campaign, highlighting the barriers contact centres unwittingly create for people with speech difficulties, and sharing the simple steps that can make a big difference.

Day one

Opening Presentation

As contact centres go digital, remote, use cloud/AI — new risk vectors (data security, fraud, identity, privacy).

Presented by Wavenet.

Day two

STAMMA presentation

Ending the phone call nightmares.

Presented by Kirsten Howells, STAMMA

Panel Session

The link between service excellence and business outcomes.

Presented by Nina Townley, Gnatta

Additional speakers and sessions will be announced in the coming weeks.

A valuable opportunity for solution providers

There's also lots at the summit for solution providers, as they'll get to meet with a highly targeted audience of senior decision-makers who have actively expressed an interest in sourcing new products, solutions and services for upcoming projects, including:

  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Call Centre Technology
  • Agent Coaching & Monitoring
  • Automated Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Customer Experience Surveys
  • Knowledge Management
  • Self-Service Solutions
  • Training & Development
  • Customer Insight Collection & Analysis
  • Case Management Software.

So, for those who are looking to discover innovative technologies, gain valuable industry insight or build meaningful business relationships, the Contact Centres & Customer Service Summit offers an efficient and productive way to achieve those objectives.
