New online workshops for 12-18 year-olds in England who stammer.
*Sorry, these workshops are now full. If you've applied, we'll be in touch shortly to let you know if you have been allocated a place.*
This February and March we're putting on workshops focusing on helping young people aged 12-18 feel better about stammering through fun, friendship and working on how to help the people around them do more of what's helpful.
The aim of these workshops is to reduce negative feelings associated with stammering, particularly where lockdowns and difficulties accessing school work may have had an impact. Parents will be invited to join for the last hour of each 5-hour session.
The workshops will be held over Microsoft Teams and will be facilitated by therapists from Talking Out Ltd, a specialist Speech & Language Therapy service based in Yorkshire.
