What does it mean to be heard?
Inspired by this year's International Stammering Awareness Day theme, 'Shades of Stuttering', Threads of Conversation is a relaxed, creative afternoon where we'll explore this question through art, colour, texture and textiles — while creating something together. (You don't need to stammer to join us — everyone is welcome!)
You'll be invited to create your own small contribution using fabric, ribbon, wool and other materials. You might use colours, patterns, words, symbols or textures to express what being heard means to you. There's no right or wrong way to respond, and you definitely don't need to consider yourself 'good at art'!

Up to 16 yrs: £20

Your ticket includes the full creative workshop, materials and refreshments, with the rest of the proceeds going towards STAMMA, helping to support their work to raise awareness of stammering, challenge misconceptions and support people who stammer.
