Scotland Walk 'n' Talk 2022

The annual Walk 'n' Talk weekend in Scotland is back.

Come and join us and the Scottish Stammering Network for an unforgettable weekend of fresh air, fun and friendship.

The Corran Bunkhouse near Glencoe will be our base for the weekend of 23rd-25th September, and we'll be spending the days out walking in the beautiful Scottish Highlands.

Hikers of all abilities and fluencies are welcome. You can either climb a Munro (a mountain over 3,000 feet) with experienced hill walkers, enjoy a leisurely low-level walk or spend time enjoying the local area if climbing mountains isn't your thing. Social activities are planned for the evenings..

Date: Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th September 2022
Venue: The Corran Bunkhouse, near Glencoe in Scotland 
Cost: £75

The cost includes:

• 2 nights in shared hostel accommodation
• Full board of all meals including 2 breakfasts, packed lunch on Saturday and 2 prepared dinners*.

*NOTE: attendees are expected to pitch in and help with food preparation and chores at the hostel.

Help with funding

If £75 isn't within your budget, get in touch and we can discuss covering the cost of the hostel and travel. Thanks to the generosity of the Alpkit Foundation, we've received a grant to help support those who would otherwise be unable to afford to attend this weekend event. We want to ensure that cost is not a barrier to engaging and supporting people who stammer from across the country.
